For the ultimate cake ball experience, gobble 'em up within 3 dayz if they're chillin' at room temperature, or within 5 dayz if they're cozy in an airtight container in the fridge. Once those scrumptiouz cake ballz leave our hands and start their journey to your taste budz, we can't control the weather! Remember, keep 'em cool if it's hot outside. They'll thank you for it!
Got an order coming up? Remember, the more, the merrier! But just in case you need to sprinkle in any changez, do it at least seven (7) days before your delivery or pickup. We're flexible, but even our cake ball wizard needz a little heads up! Now, as much as we wish we could grant wishez with cake ballz, these will not give you the ability to fly. But hey, they sure do make your taste buds soar!
Need to cancel? We totally get it, life happenz! Just give us a sweet 48-hour notice. Otherwise, within 48 hours of your pickup, there's only a 50% refund. We'll need it 72 hours before we work our magic and get those delightful cake ballz to you.
